About This Team
This role is responsible for pre-production and bulk production management for all 3rd party embellishment for the wholesale / licensed partners business and Read & React (R&R) programs. Collaborates closely with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Global Supply Chain, Planning, and Sales to deliver seasonal product assortments that meet product design, on-time delivery, cost, and quality goals.
A Day in the Life
Leads a team of 8-10 to…
- Analyze vendors' capabilities and capacity to allocate orders strategically.
- Develop new embellishment techniques to fulfill market trends.
- Build production Time and Action Calendar (T&A) per season.
- Track the status of INDC, development, buy ready, order placement, and production schedule.
- Lead costing negotiations and strategic sourcing efforts.
- Create and maintain SOPs to drive operational excellence.
- Establish the Wholesale Production team as a valued partner for Wholesale leadership.
- Lead and develop a team of 8-10 production leads / Sr. Leads and Analysts.
In addition to team management, the Senior Production Manager will be responsible for…
- Participating as a SME and production leader in key account initiatives.
- Setting and implementing key Production strategies.
- Driving continuous improvement in production performance metrics.
- Being a key member within the Wholesale Supply Chain leadership team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years apparel industry experience (preferably within Production and Sourcing).
- Strong knowledge of apparel construction, fabrics, trims, decoration techniques, and costing.
- Experience in wholesale business and campus/teams strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in project management with multiple functions.
- Strong analytic skills and strategic thinking.
- Facilitation and issue resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently within a team structure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Passion to learn new things and love to travel.

Compensation and Benefits Package
Typical hiring range for this position is from $134,100-176,000 annually. Permanent employees may be eligible for a competitive annual bonus program.
