We are looking for a Sales & Operations Travel Executive to manage customer service, travel document processing, and online inquiries. The role involves assisting customers in-store, handling VISA applications, and responding to online customer inquiries.
If you have experience in digital marketing platforms like Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Shopee, or Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), it will be a great plus!
This is a fast-paced role that requires multi-tasking, strong organization skills, and the ability to handle pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Travel Operations
- Assist walk-in customers (mostly from online platforms like Xiaohongshu).
- Guide customers through VISA applications, travel document preparation, and form-filling.
- Collect, organize, and verify documents for submission.
- Answer customer inquiries in store & online customer groups (some inquiries may come outside working hours).
- Analyze complex cases and provide effective solutions.
Sales & Commission-Based Earnings
- Convert potential leads into customers through professional service and follow-ups.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction to drive referrals and repeat business.
Online Engagement & Digital Marketing (Bonus Skills)
- Experience with Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Shopee or other marketing platforms is a plus.
- Help engage and interact with potential customers online to increase lead conversion.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience & Industry Knowledge:
- 1-3 years experience in travel, customer service, sales, or operations preferred.
- Familiarity with VISA processing and travel document management is an advantage.
Skills:
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (other languages are a plus).
- Strong organization & multi-tasking skills – able to handle multiple responsibilities at once.
- Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities.
- Able to handle high-pressure situations & work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
