Job description

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Travel Executive to manage customer service, travel document processing, and online inquiries. The role involves assisting customers in-store, handling VISA applications, and responding to online customer inquiries.

If you have experience in digital marketing platforms like Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Shopee, or Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), it will be a great plus!

This is a fast-paced role that requires multi-tasking, strong organization skills, and the ability to handle pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Travel Operations

  1. Assist walk-in customers (mostly from online platforms like Xiaohongshu).
  2. Guide customers through VISA applications, travel document preparation, and form-filling.
  3. Collect, organize, and verify documents for submission.
  4. Answer customer inquiries in store & online customer groups (some inquiries may come outside working hours).
  5. Analyze complex cases and provide effective solutions.

Sales & Commission-Based Earnings

  1. Convert potential leads into customers through professional service and follow-ups.
  2. Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction to drive referrals and repeat business.

Online Engagement & Digital Marketing (Bonus Skills)

  1. Experience with Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Shopee or other marketing platforms is a plus.
  2. Help engage and interact with potential customers online to increase lead conversion.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience & Industry Knowledge:

  1. 1-3 years experience in travel, customer service, sales, or operations preferred.
  2. Familiarity with VISA processing and travel document management is an advantage.

Skills:

  1. Fluent in English & Mandarin (other languages are a plus).
  2. Strong organization & multi-tasking skills – able to handle multiple responsibilities at once.
  3. Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities.
  4. Able to handle high-pressure situations & work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  1. Proactive & detail-oriented – ensures accurate document processing.
  2. Customer-focused with a friendly personality.
  3. Able to stay online & responsive for customer inquiries when needed.
