Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to service key accounts, maintain long-term relationships, and identify new business opportunities. This role is responsible for driving sales growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
2. Achieve annual sales objectives while exceeding customer expectations.
3. Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting new product ideas.
4. Collaborate with the Sales team to strategize and implement new sales opportunities.
5. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales methods, customer service, and overall efficiency.
6. Represent Hendriks Greenhouses at trade shows and customer presentations.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Self-motivated with a proven customer-focused approach.
2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in horticulture or a related industry.
3. Strong project management and organizational skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
6. Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
7. Ability to travel throughout Canada and the U.S.; overnight and weekend travel may be required.
