Our customer base includes Air Canada, WestJet, Canadian Coast Guard, Purolator, Petro Canada, Home Hardware, Alaska Airlines and a broad base of government entities such as the Federal Government of Canada.

Job Summary: The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business that meets the criteria set out by the Unisync Executive Team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and qualifying viable opportunities from market research, that meet Unisync target customer profile criteria.
• Weekly phone block sessions to drive contact with prospective new business.
• Preparing and coordinating proposals that communicate Unisync’s experience, organizational products and services to prospective clients.
• Manage all prospective customer submission requirements and deadlines in addition to written proposals, including but not limited to product sample submissions and approved pricing submission components.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Unisync’s product and service offerings, including internal procurement and manufacturing processes.
• Develop an understanding of Unisync competition to strategically leverage Unisync strengths against competitor weaknesses.
• Communicate effectively with all relevant internal department leads and SMEs throughout the proposal development process.
• Track anticipated upcoming RFP release dates for key target clients that have been contacted via phone block sessions.
• Manage debriefs for any unsuccessful sales proposals with the Executive Team, recording all critical feedback on Unisync price and service competitiveness scores.

Job Requirements:

• 6 months of sales/customer service experience.
• Open to recent graduates.
