Job Summary: Extremely friendly surgery in Medway looking for a GP to help provide holistic and continuity of care with 12-minute appointments. There is a strong focus on workload management, and due to the clinical and administrative set-up, do NOT expect ANY significant amounts of clinical admin to be done between clinical sessions.

4. Some flexibility with session timings to incorporate personal commitments such as childcare.

Led by a charismatic, energetic, and visionary GP Partnership who can provide easily accessible support and mentorship along with a wealth of system-wide knowledge. The multidisciplinary clinical team includes Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistants, and Physios, all supported by the Primary Care Network Social Prescribers, First Contact Physiotherapy, and Clinical Pharmacist Team.

The clinical team is supported by a well-led and trained administrative team whose sole focus is to minimize the administrative burdens on clinicians while optimizing patient care. This role requires the successful candidate to do no routine Docman, no routine blood test results, and no routine repeat prescriptions.

Key Duties:

1. 4-8 sessions.
2. Very reasonable workload: 12-minute appointments.
3. Regular team meetings.
4. Opportunity to pursue specialisms and take on additional roles.
5. Virtually no home visits for GPs.

Package and Benefits: £11,000 - £12,000 per session.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements: Registered GP with the GMC, possess the right to work in the UK, included on NHS performers list.
