Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SaaS Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a SaaS Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products to prospective clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying leads, building relationships, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

1. Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
2. Conduct in-depth research to understand potential clients’ business needs, challenges, and pain points.
3. Present and demonstrate our SaaS products to key decision-makers, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
5. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales process to customer onboarding.
6. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
7. Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to optimize sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors’ offerings.
9. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager.
10. Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads and promote our SaaS products.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment, preferably in SaaS or technology-related industries.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of SaaS sales processes and strategies.
4. Experience in SaaS Sales in the Insurance Industry.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
6. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify and address clients’ objections effectively.
7. Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proactive and persistent approach to sales.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
9. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a sales pipeline.
10. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
11. Knowledge of the software industry and understanding of SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
