As an S&OP Analyst, Demand and Supply, you’ll lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by balancing demand forecasts and supply capabilities. Your role will foster cross-functional alignment, provide data-driven insights, and mitigate risks to optimize inventory, service levels, and cost efficiency.

We’re seeking a collaborative problem-solver with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for achieving results.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or S&OP processes.
• Experience with forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle (JDE), or Kinaxis).

What You’ll Do:

Demand Planning:

• Create and update demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and stakeholder inputs.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to include promotions, product launches, and seasonality in plans.

Supply Planning:

• Develop and manage supply plans to align with demand forecasts and optimize inventory.
• Partner with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure supply chain continuity.
• Address supply chain constraints, capacity issues, and lead times proactively.

S&OP Process Management:

• Lead S&OP meetings to align demand and supply with business goals.
• Share key insights, metrics, and recommendations during monthly S&OP cycles.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve discrepancies and address risks.

Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze data on demand, supply, inventory, and service levels to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support decision-making with scenario planning and sensitivity analyses.

Continuous Improvement:

• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and workflows.
• Leverage technology to optimize planning operations.

Who You Are:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Adaptable and organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Knowledgeable about inventory and supply chain concepts (e.g., safety stock, lead time).
