Responsibilities

Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes:

1. Developing detailed programming specifications.
2. Writing and/or generating code.
3. Compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.
4. Resolving and troubleshooting technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion, and migrations.

Qualifications

Must Haves:

1. Demonstrated experience developing for WCAG AA compliance and interface design to support screen reader use (from a development perspective).
2. Demonstrated experience developing VB.NET, platform (C#, ASP.NET, Java applets, .NET CORE) in Visual Studio 2019, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Spring.NET framework, other emerging web technologies and deployment models to implement application enhancements as per design documents.
3. Demonstrated development working with Oracle 11.x, 12.x, 19c databases.
4. Demonstrated experience supporting analysis and participating in design, development, and testing activities; liaised with IT specialists and unit leads and worked closely with team members and relevant stakeholders.

1. Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level.
2. Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
3. Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation, and maintenance of applications.
