Position Summary

Acuren is currently recruiting for Rope Access NDT Level 1 Technicians to join our team for the new year in the Fort McMurray area. As an NDT Tech at Acuren, you will be contributing directly to the success of our clients' operations. Position Information:

  • Start date: January 2025
  • 14/14 rotation, 12 hour shifts
  • IRATA Level 1 ticket required, or willingness to obtain
  • Must be local to Fort McMurray, AB

Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned NDE/NDT inspection methods.
  • Utilize written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
  • Follow standards and procedures and monitor to ensure accuracy of results and meet quality and safety objectives and project timelines.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • CGSB Level 1 Certification
  • IRATA Level 1 ticket required, or willingness to obtain
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients
  • Exceptional safety and quality awareness
  • Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
