Job Title: Roofing Estimator

Company: Staffinity (large Canadian company)

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 + bonus

Shift: Daytime hours, Monday to Friday

The employer will consider more junior candidates looking to build a career.

Responsibilities:

1. Read blueprints and architectural plans
2. Estimate jobs
3. Do quantity take-offs
4. Work closely with field staff

Qualifications:

1. Must be able to read blueprints and architectural plans
2. Understand roofing and aluminum techniques
3. Minimum 1 year of construction industry estimating experience (roofing or siding preferred)
4. Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
