Your Mission: Responsible for the day-to-day administration of Cost per Measure & Direct Sales contracts & the RDT service shops. As well as some customer service duties as required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain contracts in M3
  2. Entering the daily transactions for the contracts CPM (Cost per Measure) & Direct Sales
  3. Invoicing services (bit reconditioning & hammer repairs) outside of contracts
  4. Prepare Monthly Pro-Forma’s for customer invoicing
  5. Monthly invoicing of contracts.
  6. Work with Account Managers to implement changes to contracts as well as set up new ones
  7. Work with Account Managers to ensure proper pricing, products, and allocation (CPM/DS) of items on contracts
  8. Invoicing and tracking of RDT services on a daily/monthly basis (CPM, DS, and noncontract)
  9. Create, Maintain, and close work orders as required for modification of parts and hammer repairs
  10. Relieving Shop Usage as required
  11. Enter and Maintain orders as required and assist walk in customers
  12. Work with purchasing to ensure parts are ordered to fill customer PO#’s
  13. Work with the accounting department to help address issues in a timely matter
  14. Assist customers with parts selection, part numbers, descriptions, and pricing requests.
  15. Work with purchasing, warehouse, and RDT shop to ensure orders are shipped on time (new & reconditioned).
  16. Work with the warehouse to ensure inventory is correct, find the issues, and fix when there is a discrepancy.
  17. Respond to customer requests for information (copies of invoices, pro forma, delivery, etc.)
  18. Respond to and deal with customer complaints
  19. Maintain contact information on the delivery tool (when it goes live and assist in the roll out as required
  20. Participate in any projects to improve functions and flows in M3 as they arise

Your profile:

  1. High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in RDT is preferred, as it will provide a strong foundation for success in this role.
  3. Familiarity with RDT parts and processes, along with experience using the M3 ERP system, will be highly beneficial in navigating daily tasks efficiently.
  4. Strong ability to work with multiple computer programs is essential, ensuring efficiency in daily operations.
  5. Experience with Excel is a plus, as it will support data management and reporting.
  6. Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers, ensuring a positive experience and effective communication.
  8. Proficiency in French (spoken and written) is considered an asset, helping to enhance communication in a bilingual work environment.
