RN Case Manager Full Time

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Program Ownership :

• Sample & Promotional Items Program : Manage inventory levels, coordinate with operations teams to replenish stock, and report on program KPIs.
• EPacConnect Product : Expand usage, oversee customer onboarding, troubleshoot customer issues, and ensure sales team engagement to drive product adoption and success.

Creative Support :

• Internal Newsletter management
• Perform light graphic design tasks for social media, blog content, and email campaigns.
• Support creative development of written content for marketing communications.
• Maintain and update website content using WordPress, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Maintain and manage relationship with Social Media Agency

Marketing Support :

• Build and manage reports and dashboards within Salesforce to provide actionable insights on campaign performance and lead engagement.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to recommend strategies for improving lead generation and nurturing efforts in target market segments.
• Partner with sales, operations, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
• Serve as a resource for system troubleshooting and lead management for the sales team.
