Location : Victoria, BC (hybrid)

Salary Range : $85K CAD to $K CAD

The opportunity

If you are a highly-skilled Information Security & Risk Officer, then get ready to join one of Worldline’s global business lines: Merchant Services and be part of our 2nd Line of Defense Team.

You will be the first point of contact for the local business regarding risk or security topics.

You will supervise and participate in further developments of the IT/security risk management and internal control system, relevant tools, and processes.

You will ensure compliance with local and industry-specific regulations like PCI DSS or ISO and implementation of required measures.

You will conduct periodic operational and security risk controls to validate efficiency, identify risks, and promote continuous improvement.

You will support quarterly enterprise risk management assessments.

You will supervise, govern, and validate the security maturity level of key suppliers.

You will support the Risk and Information Security activities of the MS Security Organization for your scope.

Skills we can’t do without:

You have a Bachelor in IT, IT Security, Engineering, or equivalent field.

You possess 5 years of experience as an operational risk, information security, security risk management, and/or cybersecurity professional.

You have proven knowledge of relevant risk and security frameworks, like COSO, ISO, PCI, etc.

Nice to have (but not deal breakers):

You possess a certificate in risk/security (CISA, CISM, or CISSP).

You have knowledge of the payments industry.
