Revenue Operations Systems Administrator

Riva is looking for a Revenue Operations Systems Administrator to join our team. As our RevOps Systems Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing and maintaining the technology stack that powers our revenue operations. This position sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring our revenue-generating teams have the tools and systems they need to drive business growth.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our revenue technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between platforms, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the revenue organization. In this role, you will directly influence our company's revenue growth by optimizing the systems and processes that power our revenue engine. Your work will enable data-driven decision-making and help scale our revenue operations efficiently.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Revenue Systems Management:
    • Serve as the primary administrator for our revenue tech stack, including Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and revenue intelligence tools
    • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline sales processes, improve pipeline visibility, and enhance revenue forecasting
    • Maintain system integrity and data accuracy across all revenue-generating platforms
  2. Integration and Optimization:
    • Develop and maintain integrations between key revenue systems including CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and customer success platforms
    • Create efficient data flows that enable accurate revenue attribution and reporting
    • Implement and maintain revenue analytics tools to provide actionable insights to leadership
  3. Process Development:
    • Partner with RevOps leadership to document and optimize revenue-generating processes
    • Create and maintain standard operating procedures for all revenue systems
  4. Data Management:
    • Establish and maintain data hygiene standards across the revenue tech stack
    • Create automated solutions for data cleansing and enrichment
    • Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks for revenue metrics and KPIs
    • Ensure data consistency across marketing, sales, and customer success systems

Technical Requirements:

  1. Expert knowledge of Salesforce administration and customization
  2. Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, 6Sense or similar)
  3. Experience with BI tools and data visualization (QuickSight, Tableau, Looker)
  4. Experience with quote-to-cash platforms (Zuora, QuickBooks)

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  1. 5+ years of experience in system administrator or similar role
  2. Salesforce Administrator Certification
  3. Demonstrated experience managing complex revenue tech stacks
  4. Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes
  5. Experience with revenue forecasting and pipeline management tools
