What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Design and manage regular training sessions for sales teams
  2. Document processes and manage the deployment of global sales playbooks
  3. Analyze and report on enablement initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  4. Create and maintain reporting, analytics, and dashboards for sales performance
  5. Collaborate with various stakeholders to monitor and enhance sales processes

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 3+ years of experience in a SaaS company in sales, operations, or a related position
  2. Proven experience in creating and running training programs using Learning Management Systems
  3. Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  4. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience with project management and agile best practices for project delivery
  2. Outreach Certified Administrator or similar certification
  3. Familiarity with Notion as a Learning Management System
  4. Proven track record of optimizing outbound sales motions
  5. Persistent and enthusiastic attitude towards problem-solving
