What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and manage regular training sessions for sales teams
- Document processes and manage the deployment of global sales playbooks
- Analyze and report on enablement initiatives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Create and maintain reporting, analytics, and dashboards for sales performance
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to monitor and enhance sales processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in a SaaS company in sales, operations, or a related position
- Proven experience in creating and running training programs using Learning Management Systems
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with project management and agile best practices for project delivery
- Outreach Certified Administrator or similar certification
- Familiarity with Notion as a Learning Management System
- Proven track record of optimizing outbound sales motions
- Persistent and enthusiastic attitude towards problem-solving
