This position oversees the day to day operations in the Gallery as directed by Retail Manager, maintaining open line of communication with Manager always.
As scheduled, acts a lead in charge for the shops, ensuring guidelines are followed operationally and exceptional guest service is being delivered
Ability to articulate in both written and verbal communication. Must be able to speak, read and write English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. The candidate must have basic mathematical skills and understand how to read, analyze and assist in the creation of budgets. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell.
Noise environment is usually moderate. Must follow all safety policies, procedures and standards as set by OSHA and the Health Department. Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Native American Preference will apply. Must be able to pass a background investigation and drug test as a condition of employment. Must be able to work flexible hours and take on additional responsibilities when asked. Must adhere to company policies regarding strict confidentiality.
