Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead store staff, including cashiers and sales associates.
Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to ensure coverage during all hours of operation.
Conduct training sessions for new employees and ongoing development for existing staff.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and courteously, maintaining a positive store atmosphere.
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to ensure products are always available for customers.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure that shelves are stocked and organized according to store standards.
Implement promotional activities and sales strategies to drive store performance and increase sales.
Monitor sales data and analyze trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct regular checks to ensure that store practices adhere to company policies and industry standards.
Prepare and maintain reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is required. Equivalent experience in retail management may also be considered.
1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and retail management software.
