Retail Store Supervisor Responsibilities

1. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
2. Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces and other exhibitions
3. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
4. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
5. Advise customers on work performed and condition of equipment
6. Conduct performance reviews
7. Conduct sales transactions
8. Provide customer service
9. Ensure that appropriate administrative procedures are followed
