The Retail Store Manager is responsible for leading business growth and operations of Force Auto Styling, which is a full service auto salon specializing in Vehicle Wraps, Custom graphics, Window tint, and Paint Protection.
We are looking for a strong leader with a solid work ethic who is able to support and advance all aspects of Force Auto Styling’s retail and wholesale services. A customer-focused professional with a proven track record and commitment to continual training and development.
The Role:
The Retail Store Manager will oversee customer service and sales, ensuring they deliver high-quality support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services. The manager is also responsible for setting performance goals, monitoring customer interactions, and continuously improving customer service processes within the department.
Developing relationships with current accounts, both wholesale and retail, is key to driving continuous success.
Duties:
- Lead a strong team of technicians to operate in an effective manner and maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.
- Ensure that every employee is focused on providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Hold daily Production Meetings with all members of the production team.
- Monitor key performance indicators including daily production statistics, 3 days out, and benchmarks to meet our customer's expectations and production demands.
- Supervise and order parts as needed, and provide accurate parts ETA.
- Monitor production times daily, and schedule meetings with the team to meet sales targets.
- Regularly audit your system and coach people timely.
- Review warranties/come backs and make sound business decisions.
Development and Leadership:
- Understand your people and work with their short- and long-term goals.
- Promote from within and create a succession plan for each employee.
- Cross-train employees to multiply talents and skills.
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to be assigned to Force Auto Styling of MK Auto Group.
- 5 years of Management experience in an automotive environment or collision center.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to understand their needs and provide clear solutions.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven experience leading and motivating a team to achieve goals.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to analyze complex customer issues and find effective solutions.
- Customer Focus: Deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building positive customer relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and identify trends to inform decision-making.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with PPF and Tint relevant software. Experience with detailing, PPF installation, and Tint installation is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract.
