Contract Position

$22.10-$34.47/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers while delivering exceptional retail experiences.
• Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of pop-up shops and events.
• Process freight, complete markdowns, and execute visual merchandising standards.
• Support store-level strategies to reduce shrink by observing and reporting unusual activity.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Partner with Brand Activation Leads and Coordinators to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, reporting concerns to store leadership.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • High school diploma or GED and 7 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience and Skills:
  • 2+ years of retail sales experience.
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand, bend, reach, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Counterpoint POS systems.
  • Previous military or commercial experience in quality or operations leadership.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
