Overview of the Role

• The Retail Sales Representative will manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks.
• This position requires light merchandising and the ability to lift 25 pounds.
• This position is full-time, 40 hours a week.
• Compensation: $20 hourly.
• You will be responsible for selling, merchandising, and maintaining distribution within various accounts.
• Utilize technology to complete work efficiently.
• This is an independent role requiring excellent communication skills.

What You’ll Do at C.A. Fortune

• Retail work will include ordering products and working products to shelves from new orders.
• Conduct audits and light merchandising in grocery stores.
• Drive to various retail locations.
• Verify that our clients' products are accurately represented on store shelves.
• Report findings and data to management through a downloaded app.
• Maintain a safe working environment while in stores.
• Adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines.
• Must be able to perform physical activities, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Comply with any additional guidelines established by the Store Team.
• Attend client kickoff video calls.

What You Should Bring to the Table

• High School Diploma.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proof of Automobile insurance.
• Reliable phone (within 5 years old) and internet service for daily communication.
• Must be able to drive to stores in the assigned territory to complete retail tasks and audits.
