We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting our products, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
2. Be knowledgeable about products to help guide customers to make decisions regarding purchases.
3. Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
4. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
5. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
8. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.
9. Order supplies and maintain inventory.
10. Tint and mix paints for customers.
11. Ensure social media channels and website remain up-to-date.

Qualifications

1. At least 1 year of Benjamin Moore retail paint experience is required.
2. Strong phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
3. Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and store layout effectively.
4. Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
5. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
6. Willing to relocate.
