Key Responsibilities

• Customer Sales: Provide personalized assistance to boutique customers, offering styling advice and purchase guidance. Strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Product Displays: Maintain visually appealing displays aligned with the brand’s aesthetic. Refresh and rotate inventory to reflect seasonal launches and featured products.
• Customer Service Emails: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding returns, exchanges, and general concerns. Collect and relay customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with suppliers. Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate records and minimize losses.
• Assist the Marketing Team: Create engaging social media content, including photos and videos, to promote the boutique and products.

Must-Haves

• 2+ years of retail sales experience in a boutique or store setting.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate retail systems.
• Social media savvy, with the ability to create high-quality posts.
• Bilingual in English and French.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday with occasional Tuesday-to-Saturday shifts as needed.

For the Retail Sales and Customer Care Associate position (Tier 1), your core responsibilities will include customer sales, maintaining product displays, managing customer service emails, and assisting with inventory management.

As you grow with us, there are opportunities to move into higher tiers, with increased compensation reflecting expanded roles, such as participating in tradeshows, overseeing shipping, or managing boutique operations.
