Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to meet sales and customer service goals
Create and execute an agile business plan
Recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and impactful in-store events
Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Conduct sales analysis and staff scheduling
Oversee retail operations, including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
Organize and execute in-store events
Requirements
Proven retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics
Ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
Experience in business planning and setting sales/customer service targets
Proficiency in retail operations and point-of-sale software
Flexibility to work various retail hours, including weekends and special events
