Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and sales support? We're on the hunt for a dynamic Retail Experience Clerk to join our team in AL's Retail Space. You'll interact with customers, players, winners, and the public, offering knowledgeable assistance and maintaining our corporate image with integrity. You'll handle a variety of issues with ease, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in cash balancing and ticket inventory management. Dive into the world of lottery products and services to deliver the best possible customer experience. Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Post-Secondary School (preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is highly beneficial.
  • Experience in handling cash and balancing transactions.
  • Experience in sales or retail environments is advantageous.
  • Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.
  • Must reside in Atlantic Canada.

Assets:

  • Experience in lottery and/or gaming industry.

Salary: $22/HR

Work Location: In Office from our Halifax, NS, regional office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day customer service and sales at AL's Retail Space.
  • Adapt to a wide range of issues with ease.
  • Interact and provide quality, knowledgeable support to customers, players, winners, and the public.
  • Maintain corporate image and integrity while ensuring confidentiality of information.
  • Demonstrate accuracy when balancing cash and managing ticket inventory.
  • Learn about all lottery products and services to provide the best possible customer experience.
