Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated Remote Retail Customer Service Representative to assist clients with everyday banking inquiries and transactions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a virtual team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy
Assist clients with account questions, transactions, online banking, and product information
Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
Educate customers on digital tools and banking services
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
Meet service targets and follow TD’s quality standards
Qualifications:
1-2 years of customer service experience (preferably in banking or retail)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate online banking systems
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Bilingual in English and French is an asset
High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
