About the Role:

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Cashier to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the face of our store, providing top-notch customer service while handling transactions efficiently and supporting inventory operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers with a smile and provide helpful service
2. Operate cash register, handle cash, credit/debit payments, and returns
3. Maintain accurate cash drawer and follow all cash handling procedures
4. Assist customers with questions and help them locate products
5. Keep checkout area clean, organized, and stocked
6. Support inventory management by receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise
7. Monitor stock levels and inform management of low or out-of-stock items
8. Perform regular inventory counts and help with inventory audits
9. Assist in tagging, labeling, and maintaining accurate product displays
10. Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
• Experience with inventory systems or stock management is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
