Supervise and coordinate staff who prepare, portion and serve food.
Prepare food orders for customers.
Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage.
Assemble food that is ordered to ensure accuracy when required.
Deal with customers that have concerns.
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
Supervise open and closing shift.
Set cash for till for start of shift and control cashout.
Supervise and check assembly of regular and special requests and delivery of food to in person and drive through guests.
Watch for discounts and inconsistencies during cash out and report to management.
Ensure that drive through is working smoothly and is supported.
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Punctual.
Able to stand for long periods of the day.
Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Some overtime may be required.
