Job description

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work Setting: Accommodation and food services

Tasks:

  1. Evaluate daily operations
  2. Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  3. Monitor staff performance
  4. Train staff
  5. Conduct performance reviews
  6. Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  7. Address customers' complaints or concerns
  8. Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  9. Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
