Job description

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work setting: Urban area

Budgetary responsibility: 1,500,001 - $4,000,000

Tasks:

  1. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  2. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  3. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  4. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  5. Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  6. Address customers' complaints or concerns
  7. Plan schedules, goals and objectives
  8. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Supervision:

  • More than 20 people
  • Staff in various areas of responsibility

Computer and technology knowledge:

  • MS Office

Transportation / travel information:

  • Public transportation is available
