Working hours: Full Time 30-40 hours/week

Wage: $35.00-38.00

Work Location: #1128-3779 Sexsmith Road, Richmond, BC, V6X 3Z9

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure smooth operation of all restaurant activities, including dining, kitchen, and service areas.
2. Hire, train, and mentor restaurant staff, including supervisors, servers, and kitchen personnel. Monitor staff performance and coordinate daily workflows to maintain high standards.
3. Foster a welcoming environment, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Resolve customer concerns and address any issues that may arise promptly and professionally.
4. Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
5. Analyze financial data, manage budgets, and set pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
6. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and enhance brand visibility. Coordinate promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns to attract and retain customers.
7. Establish and uphold quality standards for food, presentation, and service.

Qualifications:

1. Completion of secondary education is required.
2. Completion of a college program in hospitality, business management, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in food or restaurant service, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
3. OR
4. If you do not have education in a relevant discipline, we require at least 4–5 years of experience in food or restaurant service, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
5. Must be able to communicate in English.
