Job description

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Budgetary Responsibility: 8,000,001 +

Tasks:

  1. Monitor staff performance
  2. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  3. Conduct performance reviews
  4. Cost products and services
  5. Organize and maintain inventory
  6. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  7. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  8. Address customers' complaints or concerns
  9. Provide customer service

Supervision: More than 20 people

Certificates, Licences, Memberships, and Courses:

  1. Food Safety Certificate

Computer and Technology Knowledge:

  1. Electronic cash register
  2. MS Excel
  3. MS Office
  4. MS Outlook
  5. MS Word

Security and Safety:

  1. Bondable
