We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Kim Chi – Korean Delight.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient planning of duties according to customer demand.
2. Manage day-to-day restaurant activities, including staff supervision and scheduling.
3. Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency.
4. Ensure adherence to restaurant standards and health and safety regulations.
5. Lead a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
6. Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs.

Requirements:

1. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
2. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role.

This role requires a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
