Join our dynamic team at Seaside Provisions, Wine, Spirits, and Gourmet, where we seamlessly blend a 150 seat restaurant, wine bar, and gourmet market featuring specialty meats, and cheeses. Located in North Vancouver, we are the one-stop-shop for everything delicious. From appetizers and cocktails to decadent caviar service and rare wines by the glass, our elegant yet casual restaurant setting offers a new way to enjoy great food and drinks.


Our diverse menu features highlights such as artisanal flatbreads, fresh salads, succulent steaks, and deluxe, hand-crafted charcuterie boards. We proudly offer over 250 labels of wine, spirits, beer, and gourmet provisions available for purchase or to enjoy during a sit-down experience.


We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic full-time FOH Manager to immediately join our diverse and dynamic leadership team at Parker Rooftop. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years FOH leadership experience in an upscale, casual fine dining restaurant and will be an industry professional who possesses a genuine passion for hospitality. We are looking for an inspiring and positive manager who will bring a love for working on the floor leading and motivating frontline staff to curate exceptional experiences for our restaurant guests.


Job Duties:

  1. Manage daily operations including cleanliness, organization, revenue opportunities, and staffing levels.
  2. Quickly and accurately identify critical information and make independent judgments in accordance with company philosophies and business practices.
  3. Provide exceptional guest service, thereby setting the standard for all employees.
  4. Respond to customer complaints promptly through service recovery and implement change when necessary, to optimize consistent guest satisfaction.
  5. Maintain high levels of quality control, hygiene, health and safety; uphold professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.
  6. Most importantly, motivate our team in a friendly, positive, and fun way!

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 2 years of Restaurant/Hotel management experience.
  2. Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business/Hospitality Management/Food and Beverage Management and/or equivalent is an asset.
  3. Wine education is an asset.
  4. Demonstrated knowledge of financial and operational management.
  5. Must possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff at all levels; exceptional interpersonal skills.
  6. High personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity.
  7. Must possess strong attention to detail; proven problem-solving abilities.
  8. Exceptional guest service orientation and passion for all things food and beverage.
  9. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with an appropriate sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment; ability to absorb and retain information quickly.
