Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Tasks

  1. Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
  2. Evaluate daily operations
  3. Monitor staff performance
  4. Plan and organize daily operations
  5. Train staff
  6. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  7. Conduct performance reviews
  8. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  9. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  10. Leading / instructing individuals
  11. Address customers' complaints or concerns
  12. Provide customer service
