JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Languages:

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Tasks:

1. Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
2. Evaluate daily operations
3. Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
4. Monitor staff performance
5. Plan and organize daily operations
6. Recruit staff
7. Set staff work schedules
8. Supervise staff
9. Train staff
10. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
11. Organize and maintain inventory
12. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
13. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
14. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
15. Participate in marketing plans and implementation
16. Address customers' complaints or concerns
17. Provide customer service
18. Manage events
