Restaurant Manager

Position: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: $21.00 per hour

Location: 1000280428 ONT INC. O/A Tim Hortons, Kitchener, Ontario

Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
2. Develop the budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
3. Monitor revenues to determine labor cost
4. Plan and organize daily operations
5. Recruit staff
6. Train staff
7. Conduct performance reviews
8. Organize and maintain inventory
9. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
10. Participate in marketing plans and implementation
11. Address customers’ complaints or concerns
12. Provide customer service
13. Manage events

Supervision:
5-10 people
