Restaurant Manager

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Responsibilities

• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Cost products and services.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Provide customer service.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.

Supervision

Supervision: 5-10 people.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years.

Workplace Information

• Location: 657 John Street N, Aylmer, ON N5H 2B6
• Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
• Salary: $22.50 per hour, 35 hours per week.
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time.
• Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning shifts available.
