As our Restaurant & Bar Manager , you’ll take full ownership of the venue’s heartbeat—driving operations, inspiring your team, and curating guest experiences that leave lasting impressions. This is your platform to make your mark, bring fresh ideas to the table, and be part of a game-changing launch on the Gold Coast.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of our brand-new restaurant and bar concept.
• Champion unforgettable guest experiences through high service standards, attention to detail, and storytelling through food and drink.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design standout menus and beverage offerings that turn heads and drive return visits.
• Mentor and energise your team—setting the vibe, building capability, and fostering a positive and dynamic workplace culture.
• Stay across the numbers: budgeting, rostering, promotions, reporting, and inventory management.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, customer feedback, and creative opportunities to keep us one step ahead.

What we’re looking for:

• A passionate leader with previous experience managing a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant and/or bar.
• Someone who thrives on energy, creativity, and high standards—and brings that same vibe to their team.
• Strong commercial acumen, with confidence in managing budgets, driving revenue, and building smart rosters.
• An inspiring communicator who knows how to rally a team and deliver on big-picture goals.
• Adaptability and calm under pressure—because no two days are the same.
• A valid RSA and the flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
