With 869 beds, RAH cares for approximately 450,000 patients annually. It is home to specialized units such as the Lois Hole Hospital for Women, the C.K. Joining RAH means becoming part of a dynamic, supportive team committed to exceptional patient care, innovation, and community service. This position reports to the RAH Respiratory Therapy Manager and functions as the Respiratory Therapy Clinical Lead (CL) within the ER and CCU. They coach and mentor RT staff and identify staff training needs. The CL ensures quality of student clinical preceptorships and new staff orientations and represents Respiratory Therapy as a member of provincial, zone- or site-specific committees as assigned.
