Take a hands-on approach to light maintenance, troubleshooting, and site upkeep.
Serve as the on-site contact for guests: manage bookings, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
Monitor occupancy, manage supply inventory, and provide regular site reports.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, solution-focused mindset.
Experience in resort, campground, or hospitality operations (seasonal experience preferred).
Comfortable living and working in a remote, outdoor environment.
Basic handyman/maintenance skills (light repairs, general troubleshooting).
Proven ability to lead, supervise, and motivate seasonal staff.
