What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Coordinate and learn from major incidents, facilitating effective teamwork
2. Study system interactions using techniques like value stream mapping and C4 modeling
3. Create clear documentation that aids in understanding and executing work processes
4. Help teams understand how their work influences other parts of the organization
5. Observe and analyze team adaptations to challenges and incidents
