HRM Window Cleaning is a growing company based in Halifax that is looking for a Sales Manager to help manage clients, jobsites, and sales.

The position includes bonus incentives, an autonomous work culture, with the ability for more responsibility and pay.

This role is for an individual looking to take on a leadership role, training and managing workers, dealing with clients, and day-to-day scheduling.

Training and development will be continuously provided as long as the candidate is coachable, hard-working, and willing to learn.

Requirements

We’re looking for a manager with a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, a high school diploma, and preferably some experience with hands-on work (No professional experience necessary).
