What You’ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, boilers)
• Perform seasonal tune-ups and maintenance
• Communicate findings and options to homeowners in a friendly, professional way
• Use CRM/service software (Service Titan experience is a plus)
• Assist the install team with residential change-outs
• Be a reliable, clean, and trustworthy presence in customers’ homes

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years experience as an HVAC Service Technician (residential)
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• EPA certification required; NATE certification a bonus
• Comfortable with basic digital tools, smartphones, and CRM use
• Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time
• Willingness to assist the install crew when needed
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and solid communication skills
