What You'll Do:

As a Project Manager in luxury residential construction, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of custom home builds and renovations. We're looking for a professional who's able to execute both on-site and in the office. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead trades, suppliers, and site staff to deliver exceptional results; this role requires a dynamic leader who seamlessly balances execution with coaching—knowing when to train, guide, or step in to get the job done.
• Manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and scopes while leveraging construction management software; the ideal PM anticipates next steps and guides clients and co-workers with a data-driven, logistical approach.
• Coordinate all project activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and timeline standards.
• Communicate consistently with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed and ensure their expectations are exceeded.
• Problem-solve and resolve challenges efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional approach as an ambassador of Alair's Values.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in custom homes or luxury renovations. Start to finish commercial experience will be considered.
• Education: A post-secondary diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required. A trade ticket will be viewed as valuable.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction software (e.g., BuilderTrend, Procore) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple teams and foster collaboration across all levels.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality.
