Researcher Computer Vision

Our team has an immediate 12-monthcontract opening for a Researcher.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement computer vision algorithms for a range of applications, including object detection, recognition, tracking, and segmentation
• Conduct research and experimentation to explore new approaches and techniques in computer vision, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and other machine learning methods
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate computer vision solutions into products and systems
• Evaluate and validate the performance of computer vision algorithms using quantitative and qualitative metrics
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research in computer vision, machine learning, and related fields, and incorporate new techniques and approaches into research projects

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Master/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on computer vision and machine learning
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Familiarity with image and video processing techniques and libraries such as OpenCV and ffmpeg
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of statistical modelling and optimization techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
