Introduction

As a process Integration engineer within the Technology Development team, you will be tasked with development, optimization and qualification of RF devices/processes to meet performance requirements.

Your Job

  1. Process integration engineer in team tasked with developing, optimizing and qualifying RF devices/processes to meet performance requirements.
  2. DOE design, execution and analysis of results.
  3. Partner with process module engineers to improve device/yield performance.
  4. Own and drive technical process problem solving.
  5. Establish new RF technology design rules, test structures and test methodologies.
  6. Innovate new methods of continuous process/device improvements.
  7. Facilitate successful technology transfer to manufacturing.

Requirements

  1. Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Physics, Materials Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Wafer Fab FEOL process integration experience.
  3. Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and/or RF fundamentals (e.g., S-parameters) is a plus.
  4. Recent graduates with relevant internship experience may also apply.
  5. Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition.
  6. Excellent analytical and optimization skills.
  7. Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
