Requirements and Nature of Work:

A motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant with proven expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. The successful candidate will:

  • Support the generation of insights and create visualizations based on an ongoing research project.
  • Conduct data analysis, cleaning, and manipulation using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize research findings.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of datasets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros).
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX formulas).
  • Experience in data visualization and reporting for research or academic purposes.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
