Role Overview

What makes this role important at Ipsos?

A Research Analyst plays a significant role in the execution of the day-to-day responsibilities that keep the research projects active. Typically reporting to a Research Director, they are responsible for conducting analysis of research projects across a broad array of categories and industries.

What you can expect to be doing:

  1. Manage the launching and ongoing maintenance of research studies
  2. Creation and maintenance of technical specifications in proprietary software for study questionnaires
  3. Quality check study questionnaires & perform in-depth quality checks at every stage of the process
  4. Liaising with our internal data collection teams, coding & data processing teams
  5. Perform data verification
  6. Identify and solve project issues as they arise

This might be the job for you if you have:

  1. Relevant project management and/or market research experience an asset
  2. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  3. Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
  4. Proactive, “can do” attitude
  5. High attention to detail: ability to balance overall project goal with key milestones and tasks
  6. Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, PowerPoint and Excel
  7. Self-starter with superior organization skills who thrives in a deadline-driven environment
  8. Ability to juggle multiple projects and diplomatically respond to conflicting needs
  9. Bilingual an asset, but not required
