Deliverables

The successful proponents must deliver the following to successfully complete the engagement:

  • Detailed review of existing business requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinical experts to gather input and insights for the development and refinement of clinical standards.
  • Design and develop facilitation sessions to validate the existing requirements and collect new business and IT requirements, including gap analysis.
  • Create and maintain detailed process and solution documentation, including workflows, use cases, user guides, and training materials.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business and client requirements to support the development, operations, and deployment of the clinical standardization project.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the smooth delivery and implementation of the clinical standardization project.

The individual will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete the Department's Privacy Training prior to commencing the assignment.

Requirement Detail/Qualifications

General Duties:

  • Support the software development team.
  • Work with both client and development team members to elicit requirements, write user stories, define goals, document requirements, and analyze business functions.
  • Identify business workflows and determine stakeholder needs.
  • Author test case specifications, requirements traceability documentation, and contribute to the compilation and execution of test plans.
  • Support and contribute to the Agile practices adopted by the development team.
